Q: What is the minimum period of occupation?
A: You can move into any citibase location for
as little as 3 months. Our flexible arrangements eliminate massive
start-up costs and avoid complicated lease agreements.
Q: Could you answer the telephone for me?
A: Yes. Our experienced staff will answer each
call with your company name. The calls can then be announced before
connecting them to your office. Alternatively, if you’re travelling
or working elsewhere, we can seamlessly transfer the calls to wherever
you are. And of course, we’ll take messages on your behalf
if you’re not available.
Q: We may have to work late and during the weekends. Can
we still get access to our office?
A: Yes. 24 hour access is available at all our
locations.
Q: We are expecting to expand quite quickly. Would we be
able to move into bigger space if we needed to?
A: This would not be a problem. To ensure minimum
disruption, we’d arrange to move you during the weekend (subject
to availability). Telephone numbers and contact details would, of
course, remain the same.
Q: Do you have meeting rooms available?
A: As a citibase plc client, you automatically
get access to meeting room facilities at all of our locations. These
can be reserved in advance through your Centre Manager, and you
can book any meeting room for as little as an hour.
Q: I may need some administration support. Can you help?
A: There is a Client Services Secretary available
at each location. Whether it’s filing, word processing, mailshot
assistance or database support, our staff are on hand to help.
