NEW FACE AT citib@se

Serviced office operator citib@se have welcomed a new manager to their office centre at Warwick Corner, Kenilworth.

Zoe Boyden became business manager on 26th September, after working for several years as a sales manager for logistics firm TNT in nearby Nuneaton. The Kenilworth centre’s occupants are small consultancies and start-ups, who are using the flexible citib@se facilities as a platform from which to grow. These start-ups currently include an innovative furniture company and a counselling practice.

For Zoe, working alongside so many different enterprises is a real education in the art of business: “It’s so interesting meeting all of the entrepreneurs and business owners who occupy the centre. There’s a huge range of businesses and personalities, but they all share a passionate drive for success and it’s my job to help them achieve that.”

Zoe is looking forward to watching her current tenants flourish just as many others have already done at the Kenilworth centre. One such company, Hopkinson Catering, began with a single office in citib@se Kenilworth and expanded into a whole wing of the centre as business boomed. Earlier this year the company flew the nest and moved into its own premises, accommodating 700 staff providing services around the UK.

Zoe says Hopkinson’s amazing growth is just one of the many citib@se success stories she hopes will continue under her centre management: “The Hopkinson story shows just how much small enterprises can achieve in a short space of time. citib@se offices can really help new companies find their feet in business, with low start-up costs and short-term contracts. And as our clients grow, our services are flexible enough to grow with them with a minimum of disruption.”

The office space occupied by Hopkinson has since been fully refurbished and is now being filled with the next generation of citib@se successes.
