citib@se plc Statistics Provide Insight into Serviced Office Sector

UK top five business centre operator, citib@se, today released statistics that for the first time outline office usage according to business sector across its national network of centres. The statistics are part of a wider drive by citib@se plc to provide more transparent information on the serviced office sector.

The statistics paint a positive picture for business within the Leicester region. Unlike some of the citib@se plc centres which feature high concentrations of specific business type, citib@se plc Leicester at Imperial House, St Nicholas Circle has experienced growth across a wide variety of business sectors.

The largest single sector is 'business services' occupying 29% of the entire centre, the majority of which are recruitment agencies. The statistics indicate that 20% of the centre is occupied by retail and leisure firms, well above the citib@se plc national average of 15% and second only to citib@se plc Victoria, London on 29%.

citib@se plc's business centres are designed specifically for small and medium sized businesses. The success of this size of firm within Leicester region has led to citib@se plc arranging for additional space to be made available for serviced offices within the building.
