citib@se top the bill at Business Centre Association Awards

citib@se, the top five serviced office operator, had a double success at the Business Centre Association Awards (BCA) held in London recently. The awards held at the Intercontinental Hotel, Hyde Park Corner, London recognise outstanding achievement within the serviced office industry.

Pamela Stewart, a facilities manager at serviced office centre, citib@se Victoria, won the BCA 'Personality of the Year' for exceptional performance within her role at the centre. In addition, citib@se Edinburgh won special recognition within the 'Business Centre of the Year' category for outstanding service and helping to build awareness of the benefits of serviced office accommodation within the Scottish business community.

Both were selected following a rigorous selection process that involved the BCA interviewing a wide selection of clients based at the centres. In both cases clients were particularly impressed by the levels of proactivity and professionalism shown by citib@se staff.

The BCA is the main body representing the serviced office industry in the UK. It acts as an industry resource providing information and training as well as increasing public awareness of the sector.
