Senior appointment sets up for next phase of expansion

London 31 July 2001. citib@se, the leading service office provider, has strengthened its senior team with the appointment of Amanda Fisher, previously Operations Director at Prontaprint.

The appointment, to the role of Associate Director, Operations, will add a new dimension to the senior citib@se team as the company gears up for the acquisitions trail. Part of Amanda's role will be to build a dedicated operations function capable of supporting the citib@se network as it expands.

Ian Read, citib@se director explained, "Many service office providers simply rely on organic growth to fill senior positions. However, to support more ambitious growth plans, recruiting tried and tested management expertise is essential to deliver immediate operational benefits. We now have the management infrastructure in place to take full advantage of the changes we anticipate within the sector."

At Prontaprint Amanda was responsible for six field facing operational departments including business development, training and commercial across the 250 strong network of stores. Amanda will be responsible for all the operational aspects of the citib@se network of centres. She will particularly focus on business development and customer service delivery.
