webmedia
nkd webmedia is an exciting new company specialising in creating
new applications for the internet. The company sells the licenses
for its applications for distribution, as well as creating bespoke
applications for individual clients. One of nkd webmedia's biggest
current clients is Glasgow City Council - for whom nkd have created
a system to manage the professional development of over 8,000 staff.
Founder and Managing Director Craig McDonald set up the firm in
January 2001. One of his first tasks was to find a suitable base.
It needed to be somewhere where they could be up and running straight
away.
"A serviced office made sense for us because
all the facilities would be there already and we needed to be able
